InterTravel Display

Another project I completed in my second year was an inclusive journeys project. For this project, I chose to look at inclusive rail journeys. I found that several users said they found announcements difficult to hear, accessible seating was limited and often they did not want to sit away from other rail users. Therefore, I designed a unit that could be placed in the back of seats that would display route information, have an integrated speaker and allow users to input their own destination.
